Guests who do not honor their appointments or cancel in less than 24 hours may be charged a cancellation fee. In order to ensure quality service, it is at the discretion of the stylist to forfeit your scheduled appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
In addition to advance appointments, we welcome walk-ins too and are thrilled to be open Mondays 9:00am-6:00pm, Tuesdays through Fridays 9:00am-8:00pm, and Saturdays 9:00am-6:00pm.
Steam Towel: Select the Aromatherapy for your service and begin with a facial steam towel to unwind and prepare your skin.
Cleanse: Sulfate free skin cleanser is gently applied. Infused with Vitamin B to hydrate and leave your skin feeling fresh and clean.
Masque: Our Clay Masque is rich in vitamins C and B to support anti-aging and work as an antioxidant while buffering against pollutants.
Tone: We us organic Aloe with amino acids and Black Willow bark for cell regeneration.

Crystal enjoys Sensas’ creative environment for her career behind the chair. She takes pride in continuing her education, diversifying her talents in all hair textures and lengths. Styling hair since 2005 has contributed to her well rounded knowledge of color and color theory.
When she is not behind the chair, she is working on her personal portfolio, which includes fashion shows, photo shoots and networking events.

Jessica graduated from Rice University in Houston, Texas with degrees in History and Visual Arts. In doing hair she combines her love for design and aesthetics with a passion for helping people feel great about themselves. Sensa Salon and its supportive and creative team are the perfect home for Jessica. She loves the salon’s mission to showcase the essence of Seattle through the melding of hair, art and music. Jessica looks forward to continuing to grow as a stylist and to helping Seattleites with all of their hair needs.
Katelyn Keller-Williams's hair career started in high school when she was the head of hair and make-up for her high school drama club for three years with her best friend and loved creating characters and beauty using hair and make-up. After high school, she went to college at Eastern Washington University where she was majoring in French and Theater when she took a class in stage makeup and there her passion was reborn! She enrolled in beauty school right away at Glen Dow Academy in Spokane, WA and got her license. Since then, Katelyn has followed her husband to Seattle where he is following his dreams of being a chef. She loves working at Sensa Salon because of it's incredible location in downtown Seattle, the exceptional Kevin Murphy products, and the amazing creative team. She wants to use her hair training to make people feel beautiful and spoiled whenever they are in the salon. She currently is working as our receptionist but will be transforming into a stylist soon and we look forward to watching her grow here at Sensa.
Lauren is originally from Washington D.C. but has called Seattle home for the past 10 years. After graduating from Seattle University, she spent a few years teaching pre-school, but recently decided to return to school for a nursing degree. Lauren is enjoying the opportunity to work at the Front Desk at Sensa salon while back in school.
A graduate of Continental Academy of Hair Design, Nicholas quickly jumped into the salon culture byattending shows and education of The Doves, The New York Exchange, She by SoCap, Kevin Murphy, Chi, Goldwell, Pravanna and Keune. He went on to launch and open a salon on the East Coast while he assisted in creating successful salons and spas in the country. He is now thrilled to be creating the vision of Sensa Salon.
As General Manager at Sensa Salon, Nicholas's styling expertise is one of cutting-edge. He leads the salon staff with education that follows the hottest trends while focusing on the basic design principles. Nicholas's philosophy for stylists: motivate, inspire then educate. As an expert in both color and cutting Nicholas looks at the entire person. He takes into account all aspects of the guest in his chair to create a one of a kind look. He says, "The only constant with your hair is change."
Nicholas's salon vision is Co-Existence of Hair, Art, and Music. He not only brings you Seattle's top stylist, but also an amazing array of artists. The salon rotates through its doors; local musicians, painters, glass blowers, fashion designers, and artist of all mediums.
